Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging any services offered by Elite Companions Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). 1. About Us

Elite Companions Limited is a legally registered New Zealand company operating in accordance with the Prostitution Reform Act 2003 (PRA), the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and all other applicable New Zealand legislation. We operate as an introduction and booking agency connecting clients with independent adult service providers based in the Christchurch area.

2. Age Restriction — 18+ Only

This website and all services are strictly for adults aged 18 years or over. By accessing this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Any person found to be under 18 accessing this website or attempting to engage services will be immediately refused, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Nature of Services

The Company provides introductory and booking facilitation services only. We act as an agency connecting clients with independent adult companions and service providers. Services include:

  • Social escort and companionship bookings
  • Introduction services for adult personal services
  • Booking coordination and scheduling

Elite Companions Limited operates as an active intermediary between clients and independent providers. All client communication is handled exclusively by the agency — clients do not communicate directly with providers prior to a booking. The agency works with each client to understand their requirements and confirms with the relevant provider that they are willing and comfortable to proceed with the arrangement on the agreed terms.

While the agency facilitates and coordinates all bookings and negotiates the terms of each arrangement on behalf of both parties, the services themselves are provided by independent contractors. The agency is not present during and does not participate in the delivery of personal services. All independent providers operate under a set of professional standards and expectations set by Elite Companions Limited, consistent with the premium nature of the service we offer.

All arrangements are made between consenting adults in accordance with New Zealand law. The agency’s role is to ensure that both the client’s expectations and the provider’s boundaries are clearly established and mutually agreed upon before any booking is confirmed.

4. Legal Compliance

All services facilitated by this agency operate in compliance with the Prostitution Reform Act 2003. We confirm that:

  • All independent providers engaged by this agency are verified New Zealand citizens or hold the legal right to work in New Zealand
  • All providers are aged 18 years or over
  • All services are conducted between consenting adults
  • The Company does not engage in, facilitate, or tolerate any form of coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or forced labour

5. Bookings & Payments

5.1 Bookings are made via telephone, email, or our online booking system. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written or verbal confirmation.

5.2 Payment terms and rates will be provided upon enquiry. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cash. Cash payment is available for clients who prefer a discreet transaction with no agency reference appearing on financial statements. All cash payments will be receipted upon request.

5.3 A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6.2 No-shows (failure to attend a confirmed booking without notice) will be charged the full booking rate.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

7. Client Conduct

Clients must at all times treat all providers with dignity and respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services and potential reporting to the New Zealand Police:

  • Any behaviour that is threatening, violent, abusive, or harassing
  • Any attempt to engage services from a person under 18 years of age
  • Any attempt to engage a provider in services beyond those agreed upon
  • Providing false identification or misrepresenting your identity or age
  • Any conduct that may place a provider at risk of harm

8. Right of Refusal

In accordance with the Prostitution Reform Act 2003, every independent provider retains the absolute right to refuse or withdraw from any services at any time, without obligation to provide a reason. The Company fully supports and enforces this right. No refund will be issued where a provider exercises this right due to client misconduct.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identity and personal information of all clients and providers. Client information will not be disclosed to any third party except where required by New Zealand law, a court order, or a lawful request from law enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from:

  • The conduct of any independent provider
  • Any injury, loss, or damage occurring during a private arrangement between a client and provider
  • Reliance on any information contained on this website
  • Technical errors, interruptions, or failures of this website

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Elite Companions Limited and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised date. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
